Sixties ceilings
Spent a very pleasing evening at the Curzon Mayfair Cinema last night. During an unscheduled interlude in the film (curtains creeping in across the picture and staying there for really quite a long time), I took a quick snap of the very snazzy sixties ceiling. It reminded me of a similar photo that I took in the entrance hall at the Whitney in NY a couple of years ago which has just been waiting for a companion.

These roofs are amazing! The round Whitney bulbs in particular. How nice to have finally found a pair. I wonder if this could become a series? x
